For our Client, a worldwide leader in manufacturing and distribution of products designed to improve safety, productivity and energy efficiency, we are currently looking for a skilled candidate willing to support the Polish branch located in Jawor.
Your main responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of measures to sustainably ensure our quality standards
- Complaint management
- Manage the quality process in production with continuous development
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with health and safety legislation, practices and procedures
- Detection of accident risks and behavior-based weaknesses in work processes and identification of improvement potential
- Development of concepts to increase safety at work and to avoid accidents
- Planning and execution of assessments and audits
- Reporting of HSE and Quality KPIs
Your qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing work area
- Very good written and spoken English & Polish skills
- Confident use of quality tools (8D, 5why, Ishikawa, other)
- Successfully completed training with a focus on quality, occupational safety or a comparable qualification
- Ability to organize and plan
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements
- Capability to work in teams and independently
